“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
“For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.”
It is important that you to know how faith comes. Faith comes by the hearing of God’s Word, not by the struggles of man. Don’t struggle to believe God; don’t struggle to act on God’s Word. Faith is a rest, not a struggle. Get into the Word, by meditating on the Word of God, and you will find strength with your heart to believe God when you hear Him speak to you. In Joshua 1:8, God says “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate upon it day and night, that thou mayest observe to do…”, Beloved, acting on God’s Word is not as a result of trying to act on it; it is when you meditate on it and it trickles down into your spirit that you can act on it.
Look to the Word today for faith. Don’t struggle to believe God. Are you believing God for increase in your finances? Get to the Word of God. What has the Word of God said concerning your finances? Are you believing God for healing in your body? Get to the Word to find out what it says about your healing. This is due to the fact that faith begins where the will of God is known. You must know what God has said concerning the things that pertain to you by revelation for faith to rise within you to receive it.
Beloved, faith is a rest that comes as a result of the revelation of God’s Word breaking forth in your heart. The revelation of God’s Word in your spirit will always produce the rest of faith.
My Solid Front (Confession): In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I increase in the revelation of God’s Word and my faith is a rest, not a struggle. Amen.
