May 14 : God is Responsible for You

Galatians 3:26

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

1 Peter 5:7

casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

It is high time God’s children woke to the Father fact. Today’s opening Scripture tells us that we are God’s children by faith in Jesus Christ. Therefore, we are no longer slaves; we are not bastards. We are legitimate children of the Most High God, Creator and Owner of the Universe. We now have every right to come boldly into the presence of our heavenly Father. Our sins have been forgiven, we are brand new creatures in Christ. No more guilt, no more condemnation. The past is past; our past is erased in Him. Jesus has brought us into the fullness of sonship. 1 John 3:1-2 reveals the depth of the Father’s love for us. It says what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us that we should be called the children of God. It says that now are we the children of God. We don’t have to wait to become children. We are children of God now!!! Hallelujah!!! Therefore, we ought to commit our cares, anxieties, worries, concerns upon our Father, for He cares for us. We are His responsibility. He is our Lord, our Bread-Giver, our Provider.

God is your Father now, He is now responsible for you, He takes care of you. 1 Peter 5:7 says “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” God cares for and about you because you are His child; He is responsible for your well-being. You ought to live in the light of that truth. You ought to walk in the consciousness of that understanding because it will put you over the challenges of life no matter how big they are. Expect your Father to meet your needs. Expect Him to lead and guide you. When you are talking to Him in prayer, talk with the confidence that you are His child. Hebrew 4:16 tells us to approach His throne with boldness. We can do so because we know we are His children and that He cares for us. Give Him thanks because He is your Source and Sustainer; thank Him because He will not let you down. He is your Succour and Comforter. You are adequately taken care of under His management and in His family. You take your place as His child and He sure will take care of you. Amen.

My Solid Front (Confession):

Thank You Heavenly Father, for Your love and care for me; I acknowledge that You are the One responsible for my well-being; therefore, I cast all my cares upon You. I refuse to be anxious about anything, for I know You care for me affectionately and tenderly. Amen.
