In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep…And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.
It is such a huge miracle to accept that the whole universe, the heavens and the earth were made by the spoken Word of God. Let’s try this out, say a couple of things or words, then try to touch or feel those words. Did you feel anything? No, you didn’t. Yes, you heard what you just said, but you couldn’t hold those words tangibly. Now then, to believe that words (unseen) created the universe (the seen) is nothing but a pure miracle, a masterstroke of divinity. Evidently, words are not in the sense realm; they are in the unseen realm. Again, if unseen words created the seen realm, then words are not empty or vain. They are carriers of unseen substance or matter, which is capable of transforming into physical things. God’s Word is not void or vain; it is full of spirit substance of power and grace. Hebrews 11:3 tells us that through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of that which do appear. Amazing!!! Just as the spirit of man is beyond the visibility of the naked eyes, yet is expressed through the human body, so is the Word of God. John 1:14 tells us that the Word became or was made flesh and dwelt among us. The Word can take on a physical body. Words transcend the two realms of existence; the spirit realm and the physical realm. Hallelujah!!!
Beloved, God made you in His image and after His likeness (Genesis 1:26). In Christ, you have the capacity to speak as God does. He that is joined with the Lord is one Spirit with Him (1 Corinthians 6:17). When you load up the barrel of your heart with God’s Word via meditation, and pull the trigger by confession, God’s Word goes forth through your mouth with the same effect as though God was the One speaking it. Hebrews 13:5-6 tells us that God speaks to us that we may speak His Word in agreement or consonance with Him. Indeed, our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. Learn to fill your words with faith and love by meditating on God’s Word (that’s His faith, and that’s His love) and speak the Word with intentional, conscious faith that you cannot doubt it. It surely will come to pass. That’s how to be creative with speaking the Word (Mark 11:22-24).
My Solid Front (Confession):
In the Name of Jesus, I use my words to create the life that God has purposed for me. I speak forth health into my body. I speak forth abundance in my substance. I speak peace concerning all that pertains to me in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
