TRUE PROSPERITY

2 Corinthians 8:9

“For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.”

3 John 1:2

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

Prosperity transcends the realm of “not enough”, “just enough” and goes into “more than enough”. Prosperity simply means, to succeed, to make progress and to become a blessing to others. Beloved, God’s will is for you to prosper. In the beginning, there was no poverty, insufficiency or lack; in the beginning, God created abundance for man to enjoy. He said in 3 John verse 2, Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth”. Beloved, prosperity is the activity of God in your life, bringing abundant measures of all things.

Today’s opening Scripture shows us that by faith in Jesus Christ, we have been catapulted out of poverty into wealth and prosperity. For you to walk in the reality of your prosperity in Christ Jesus, you just must meditate on the Word so much that you see abundance irrespective of your present situation. Until you begin to see prosperity in your spirit, you can’t come into it because your inheritance is subject to how far you can see. God said to Abraham in Genesis 13:15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever”. Prosperity will flow from within you as you meditate on God’s Word until the Word takes you over completely.

Whatever you don’t need God for, or that you can gather by yourself is not true prosperity. True prosperity will inspire faith and absolute trust in God because your dream is bigger than what any man can make happen for you. Beloved, you operate the economy of heaven. Trust in God.

My Solid Front (Confession): In Jesus Name, I declare that I am irreversibly blessed and the works of my hands are blessed, therefore I walk in abundant prosperity. Amen.
